Fitness Coaching

Club Members train at 6am on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at the Club. Early every morning throughout the year, a group of diehard ‘Iceberger’ members meet for a swim.

 

Training sessions include:

  • weight training
  • core strengthening
  • interval work
  • resistance training

Sessions are run by qualified fitness coaches and are open to all financial members.


IRB Racing Coaching

Club members train at 5pm on Tuesday and Thursday at the club (during IRB racing season).

 

Training sessions provide coaching for members to perform the different roles in the IRB racing team. 

 

These include:

  • IRB Racing Patient
  • IRB Racing Crew Person
  • IRB Racing Driver

Sessions are run by qualified IRB coaches with in excess of 10 years experience in all aspects of IRB operation and racing.
