Requal

Details for the 2025/26 Skills Maintenance Sessions (Requal) are as follows:

Date - 29th November 2025
Time - 8:30am 
Location - Brighton Life Saving Club 
What to bring - Bathers, towel, dry clothes, Working with Childrens Check if 18+ and Drivers license if SSV award holder. Remember to slip, slop, slap, seek, slide too!

FAQs
Do I need to requal?

• If you are an active member of the club, then YES.
• All award holders of: SRC, Bronze, ART/FA, IRBC and IRBD

What do I need to do?

• Run-swim-rescue
• Lifesaving CPR (This is new for this season and we will have multiple trainers on the day teaching small groups of members)
• If you hold an IRBC or IRBD award then you will be paired together to demonstrate IRB rescue skills

Will there be a 2nd requal day if I can't make this one?

• No sorry! If you are unable to make the 29th of November, then you will need to speak to me and find another club to do your requal at.

How do I sign up for requal?

Step 1 - Click this link https://mt.lsv.com.au/ and sign in with your details

Step 2 - Click Skills Maintenance in the top tabs

Step 3 - Click Book practical and search for our Skills Maintenance Day

Step 4 - LOOK at the awards listed and enrol into the session that closest relates to your awards. NOTE - There is only one session for ART award holders - DO NOT enrol into that if you DO NOT hold that award.

Step 5 - Go back to Complete E-learning and complete ALL of your modules that are relevant to your awards. (if you do not do this, then you will be doing it on requal day BEFORE any of the practicals)
