Patrol Information

The Brighton Life Saving Club patrols the coast line between Green Point and the Brighton Yacht Club and Brighton Pier.

The club’s primary focus on a patrol day is ensuring the safety of the swimmers between the flags. Flags are usually set up in front of one of Melbourne's most well known landmarks - the Brighton Beach boxes.

Members of the Brighton Life Saving Club Patrol, are also often called upon to assist kite surfers, wind surfers and other small vessels in distress.

Brighton Life Saving Club prides itself on the quality of its Inflatable Rescue Boat operators and crews. This provides Brighton Life Saving Club with the capability to provide assistance to both swimmers and vessels in distress in almost all weather conditions.
